Refund Policy for Pixel Rise Design

At Pixel Rise Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom web design services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Due to the time, planning, and digital nature of our work, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by Pixel Rise Design (“Company”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth below:

  1. Deposit Requirement
    A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost is required prior to commencement of work.

  2. No Refunds
    All payments, including the initial deposit and subsequent installments, are non-refundable once project work has commenced. Refunds will not be issued for partially completed or completed projects.

  3. Project Scope and Timeline
    The deposit amount, payment schedule, and estimated completion timeline may vary depending on the selected website package and scope of services. Any modifications to scope or timeline must be agreed to in writing.

  4. Client Obligations
    The Client is responsible for providing necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in Client input may result in adjustments to the timeline without affecting payment obligations.

By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Refund Policy.
